Fender, Cable and Label

Jason from Velotooler was here yesterday to put bike together. Found the following issues. 

1- rear tire fender dented and bolt pulled out/through. (2 photos) 
2- cable from right brake to rear tire was short and didn’t have a cap. (Frayed at end) 


in addition the “I” in one of my labels looks like a J and the spacing is weird. It’s supposed to say FIT to a T. Can I get a new label to put on myself?
