Wrong colored crank
You put a gold crank on my bicycle when I ordered a black crank as per the below attachment.

Sorry for the late response and for any inconvenience this might have caused. Unfortuanely, we are waiting still waiting for the black cranks from Europe, and my guys must have substistued it with the color that fitted most - in the same time you have the right to have the crank in the color you ordered. In this sitaution, I see two options:
1. We can give you a 50$ credit gift card for accessories for your black - gold Vivelo bicycle.
or
2. Once we receive the missing parts, we can ship the black crank to you, and take care of the service. In the same time we will kindly ask you for old parts to be sent back to us.
Please let me know what option is more convenient for you, and we will take care of it. We want out customers to be happy.
