I opened up a ticket a month ago and have not received the rack yet. It looks like the ticket was closed out and I was told it was on backorder.
Please advise status and ship asap....Thx

We are sorry for the long wait. We are still waiting for the carrier to get to us. Once we receive them we will ship it out to you as soon as possible.
